Sarah Johnson
Executive Director
Sarah has over 15 years of experience in international development and education. She founded KEAF with a vision to provide quality education to underserved communities. Her passion for education as a tool for social change has driven the organization's growth and impact.
Sarah holds a Master's degree in International Development from Harvard University and has worked with various NGOs across Africa and Asia.
Michael Odhiambo
Program Director
Michael oversees all educational programs at KEAF. Born and raised in Kenya, he brings firsthand knowledge of the local education system and its challenges. His innovative approaches to curriculum development have significantly improved learning outcomes in our partner schools.
With a background in Education Policy and a PhD from the University of Nairobi, Michael is dedicated to creating sustainable educational models that can be replicated across different communities.
Amina Wanjiku
Community Outreach Coordinator
Amina leads our community engagement initiatives, building strong relationships with local leaders, parents, and students. Her deep understanding of community dynamics has been crucial in gaining trust and support for our educational programs.
Before joining KEAF, Amina worked as a social worker in rural Kenya. She holds a degree in Sociology and is passionate about empowering communities through education and participatory development approaches.
David Chen
Finance Director
David manages KEAF's financial operations, ensuring transparency and accountability in all our activities. His expertise in nonprofit financial management has been instrumental in maximizing the impact of donor contributions and securing sustainable funding sources.
With an MBA in Finance and over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, David is committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity while supporting KEAF's mission-driven work.
